Making a Charitable Gift to Pacem in Terris Retreat Center
The Mission of Pacem in Terris is to provide a
place where people of all faiths can deepen their relationship with God in the
silence and solitude of a hermitage. Since the beginning of its ministry in 1988, more than 10,000 guests
representing 26 different denominations have experienced retreats in this
natural setting.
Gifts to Pacem in Terris are vital in helping us
carry out this ministry. The approximate cost per night is $90. The $55 per night
minimum donation covers a portion of the actual cost. While it is important for
each guest to give according to his or her means, the first call of Pacem in Terris is to welcome
with unconditional love all those who come. Therefore, if a hermit is limited
in their ability to make a financial gift, each is still welcomed and offered
the full hospitality of Pacem. To fund the remainder, God and the Pacem staff
seek the additional help of people like yourself to invest in this wonderful
ministry.
Pacem in Terris gratefully accepts gifts of
cash, checks, securities and gifts-in-kind, as well as planned gifts such as
bequests by will, or other estate provisions.
